1. Where are the dolls made?     All of our kokeshi dolls are made in Japan.

2. How do I take care of my kokeshi doll?    Great question…please treat your kokeshi doll with care. Dust with a soft cloth and do not put them in direct sunlight.

3. Are all the dolls made of wood? Yes, the dolls are made of wood. The wood is seasoned for a period of time before it is used to make the doll. Several types of wood are used, depending on the preference of the artist but typically the dolls are made from mizuki wood.

4. Do you ship international? Yes we do. People all over the world are enjoying the beauty and elegance of our kokeshi dolls.

5. Where do the dolls ship from?  Most of our shipping is done from the United States. In the United States, once your order ships, you should have your kokeshi dolls within 2-4 business days.

6. Do you have a shop where we can purchase the dolls? Currently, we do not have a shop. Our business is done online.

7. How are the kokeshi dolls packaged? The individual doll or sets come on their own boxes and are then repackaged in a shipping box. We take the utmost care to make sure your doll arrives safely.

8. Can I consolidate the shipping charge if I purchase several items?  Our website is currently set up to charge postage on each item, however, if we see that you have paid excess postage, we will refund  the excess postage paid back to your credit card. We are all about customer service at Kokeshi Designs!
