Shipping
Please note the following policies and shipping methods when ordering.

United States – USPS Priority mail
Allow 72 hours to process your order and 2-5 business days for delivery.

All US orders are shipped with a United States Post Office delivery confirmation receipt. Once the United States Post Office has confirmed  delivery of the package, Kokeshi Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Japan – Japan Post
Allow 72 hours to process your order and 1-3 business days for delivery.

International orders (outside the US and Japan) - USPS international first class or priority
Allow 72 hours to process your order and 7-14 business business days for delivery. Please contact us at kokeshidesigns@hotmail.com if you have any problem ordering from the website. We will be happy to assist you. Note: Kokeshi Designs is not responsible for any other fees, including Import Duty Fees.  

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your Kokeshi dolls we will happily exchange your dolls or refund your money, less shipping and handling charges. Please contact us before returning your item.

Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our website using Authorize.Net,  a secure payment processor. If you want to pay for your order using Paypal or a money order, please contact us.
