Vintage Kokeshi #19

9.5 inch Vintage Kokeshi.  Artist is Fumiichi. I wish we knew the owners of all our dolls but we don’t typically have any of that information. We are fortunate to have some information about the previous owner written on the side of this doll. She once belonged to Mrs. Takako Shiraishi who received the doll in celebration of her 65th birthday. This doll was likely appreciated and treasured by Mrs. Shiraishi. Now this sweet kokeshi is looking for her new home.
